The Project Engineer position requires an undergraduate degree in engineering or equivalent experience and education. Previous experience in heavy/civil construction preferred.

Project Manager
Engineering & Construction Innovations, Inc., is seeking an Engineer for heavy/civil construction projects; some travel within MN & US. ECI offers an excellent benefit package. Must have proven abilities and skills in the following: leadership and management of people, communication (verbal and written), planning, organization and delegation. Must set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality and productivity for his/her subordinates. Must have working knowledge of CPM and short interval scheduling, construction work planning, unit man-hour performance, construction cost accounting and projections, materials and subcontract control, estimating, and equipment management.
The Project Manager position requires an undergraduate degree in a construction management or engineering, or equivalent experience and education, and a minimum of 10 years’ combined experience in heavy/civil project management, cost estimating, project engineering, and/or field engineering.

Field Superintendent
Engineering & Construction Innovations, Inc., is seeking a Superintendent for heavy/civil construction projects; some travel within MN & US. ECI offers an excellent benefit package. Must have proven abilities and skills in the following: running the day-to-day operations on the construction site under the highest quality and safety standards, controlling the short-term schedule, communication, tracking and reporting time card, progress and details of the project using construction software, ordering/purchasing materials and equipment.
The Superintendent position requires experience and training of a minimum of 10 years in heavy/civil construction, knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction, ability to lead and inspire, in-depth understanding of construction operations and processes, and familiarity with construction software.
